Dear [Patient],
Enclosed you will find the results of your [type of test(s)]. I understand that these test results are sometimes difficult to read, but I want to reassure you that all of your test results are well within the normal limits.
As the results of your tests are positive, we do not need to schedule any further follow up appointments. If, however, you review this letter and the enclosed test results and you still have concerns or questions, please feel free to call my office and speak with my nurse. You may also schedule an appointment with me if you still feel that it might be required.
