Parking violation

I have received several complaints that your [make and model of car], license plate number [license plate number of car], has been occupying the reserved parking spaces of other tenants.

I ask that you please desist in this practice, as it is discourteous to your neighbors. They all pay rent, as do you, and are entitled to their parking space. I understand that parking is limited, but we've done our best to accommodate your needs, and we hope that you will do your best to comply with our rules.

If you do not comply, there is the possibility that your car may be towed.

If this is not your car, or if there are circumstances we are not aware of, please let me know immediately.
