Neighbourhood crime

Dear Neighbors,

I'm concerned about the rising crime in our neighborhood, as I'm sure you are. The police do patrol the area but they can only do so much.

I'm asking that we all keep an eye our for one another. I don't mean in any formal sense, just that we be aware of what's going on around us. There are a lot of eyes in this neighborhood, and I think everyone stands to benefit if we all try to help one another out.
